Renovation / Permit status

Alhamdulillah we finally got the permit to be a Place of Worship after we won the case at VCAT which was going on for over two years.
Part of the requirement is to build an emergency staircase from the first floor and to expand the building and build bathrooms with wudu area on the ground floor.
We need about $50,000 to commence construction. Once the funds have been raised and the construction is completed, we can reopen Melbourne Madinah.
Sheikh Sajid Umar was here recently and kindly recorded a video explaining the situation.
Alhamdulillah, when the community got together to buy this building, over 25 thousand people contributed. We need your contributions again to reach our target of $50,000.
